General Policies
FABRIC CUTTING & AVAILABILITY
Fabric is sold by the full yard unless otherwise specified. Orders are packed by item in continuous yardage whenever possible. In the event that continuous yardage is not available, we will contact you by email or phone prior to fulfillment.
For estimated arrival times on incoming items, please contact us and reference the item name, including color and fabrication quality.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed with processing up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES
Trendtex Fabrics® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All international orders, including orders shipped to Canada, are subject to applicable international shipping fees. You are solely responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes including any Value Added Tax (VAT) fees for all international orders.
RETURNS
All yardage is cut to order. Due to the nature of the business, we do not accept returns. We try our best to provide quality information, so that our customers are able to make a clear judgement on the artistry of our fabrics. We are happy to answer any questions prior to placing an order.
MIS-PACKED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If there are any issues with a product due to mispacking, defects in materials, or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately (within 14 days from the arrival date of your order) so that we may replace it for you. Supplemental proof such as a photograph of the mispacking, damage or defect may be required.
Please email us with "Return" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. It is imperative that you include the following information in your message: Order Number, Name (as it appears on the order), Contact Phone Number, Detailed Product Description, and Quantity of the items you would like to claim for shortages, damages, or defectiveness.
