1. SMS Program Overview

Trendtex Fabrics, Ltd. ("Trendtex Fabrics," "we," "us," or "our") offers an optional text messaging service to facilitate communications with customers regarding product inquiries, inventory availability, order confirmations, order status, shipping and delivery coordination, invoice-related matters, and customer service.

Our SMS program primarily supports wholesale customers who communicate directly with our sales representatives. The program may also support retail customer service and transactional communications.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may opt in to Trendtex Fabrics' text messaging program by giving permission during a telephone or in-person conversation with our sales or customer service team. Before you agree, our representative explains the program and asks for your permission. We record your affirmative consent before sending text messages. Providing a phone number or placing an order alone does not enroll you in SMS.

Messages relate to your fabric inquiries, availability updates you request, orders, pickup, delivery, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, orders, and interactions with Trendtex Fabrics.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Trendtex Fabrics.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent through this program unless you provide consent again.

6. Rejoining the SMS Program

If you previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you may provide new consent through an approved opt-in process.

Where supported by our messaging provider, replying START may also restore your subscription.

7. Message Delivery

Text message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating mobile carriers and telecommunications networks.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Information Sharing
